Embracing her Celtic lineage and love for the Amazon, Meg crafts a holistic approach to love, discovery, & healing/transformation.
Harmonizing relationship to and with your highest self and life is her approach. She offers Intuitive Guidance with the help of Plant Medicines, Magic, Crystals & Vibrational Sound, Usui Reiki, & Blueprint Discovery through Human Design and Astrology. She holds private sessions, community workshops, Medicine Bazaars, Sacred Plant Ceremonies, and facilitates trips and retreats in Colorado, the Amazon, & Bali.
Her Spiritual reAwakening was ignited with her first trip to the jungle in 2012, where she spent an Autumn in Peru learning the ways and language of the plants. Her journey to Holistic Health began with a near death experience/flight-for-life in 2015 the week her Saturn Return began. Meaghan attributes her healing to Plant Medicine Guidance, Angels, & Quantum Healing.
Currently Meaghan nests in Breckenridge Colorado at her Boutique Bed & Breakfast, deemed The Crystal Palace aka The Breck BrujHaus, where she teaches Magick & hosts an array of eclectic events. She also enjoys time to herself on her farm in Salida, Colorado, where she is currently at the planning & engineering stages of developing a New-Age & New Earth net-zero pre-retirement community: reTribed.
In the winter, Meg tends to migrate South like a little bird. Her hibernation is rather in the jungle, with sprouts of play & dance around the Equator’s warmth. The ocean is her happy place. A business owner in Bali, and a lover of Costa Rica & Mexico, an endless summer is perhaps her favorite season.
Of late, she is committed to more time in Colorado as her biggest Passion Project to date: Sanctuary of the Sovereign Heart, one of Colorado’s first sacrament ‘churches’ celebrating the legal use of plant medicine through the Religious Freedoms Restoration Act. Denver is currently hand in hand with Oregon as they lead the way with the decriminalization movement of all sacred plants.
Meg is THRILLED to be at the fore-front of the Psychedelic Movement. And now, as she helps pioneer precedents within this Entheogenic Renaissance, she co-founded and is co-creating The Denver HeartQuarters, with a Dream Team….
Alex Redmond brings a wealth of professional experience in advertising, marketing, and Start-Ups to his role at the Heartquarters. He honed his marketing and sales skills in the competitive and demanding New York market and is an expert at assessing opportunities and judiciously building and bringing products to the global market.
A passionate proponent of the medicinal value of Plant Medicine, Alex excels at establishing key relationships and cultivating a language within the field that represents the Heartquarters values and mission.
Originally from Baltimore, Alex now lives in Denver and is an avid skier and hiker who enjoys live music, disc golf, and spending time with his dog, Sugar Bear.

Emily Wikel (500HR RYT, Embodiment Guide, and Breathwork Facilitator) is here to guide you in finding deep unconditional love, freedom, and Spirit through the medium of the body. Her mission is to connect you to the love and truth that is intrinsically inside yourself.
Upon discovering the practices of yoga and breathwork, she began her journey as a dedicated student, taking 1000’s of hours of training in yoga, trauma awareness, breathwork, psychic development, somatic healing and energy work. She has been teaching yoga for 7 years and supporting others in awakening their own channel through her ceremonies for 2.5 years. Her spaces are deeply coded with intentions of safety, integrity, healing and embodied wholeness; this is her primary work & objective!
At HeartQuarters, she facilitates breathwork and yin sound bath ceremonies. She is the HQ Marketing & Implementation Director, lending her vast energy in support of program development and community building. She has a deep passion for natural medicines and is both excited and grateful to help actualize the HQ mission of sharing psychedelic education/resources, magical classes/events, and safe community spaces.
Programming & Marketing
As a hospitalitarian with years of Michelin-starred service experience, James is attentive to the entire guest experience and finds fulfillment in service of others. Combined with a background in business development & marketing, he specializes in relationship management, storytelling, and vibe setting.
James began exploring Vipassana, Dzoghen, & Zen sitting meditation as a means of integrating ceremonial journeying in 2017. James currently studies & teaches hatha yoga as a RYT 200-hour under Derik Eselius & Beth Sanchez at Denver Yoga Underground. He is a certified End-of-Life Specialist through Teaching Transitions and has sat as a hospice volunteer with the dying at public hospitals in NYC through the COVID-19 pandemic. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with an individualized degree (BA): Multidisciplinary Perspectives on Health & Wellness in 2016.
James believes that a lifestyle & community-oriented approach to ceremonial & therapeutic journeys, informed by the best practices of lineage-holder wisdom and scientific research, is one of the best paths we have available to us for healing & evolution as a species.
Director of Operations
Retreat Leader, aspiring Medicine Woman, and Strega, Kasie believes that everyone has a right to access wellness, education and healing. She believes that opportunity, community and medicine is not obtained by a piece of paper, be it currency or prescription and it should never be a matter of privilege.
In her work, she has dedicated her time to showing others that everything they need to heal and grow and feel joy and love already lives inside of them.
She spends her time instructing yoga, playing with her two dogs and her cat and attempting to live almost quietly in the mountains.
You can find her in our space as a barista, buyer, director, unsolicited advice giver, freakishly spontaneous dancer and dad joke aficionado among other titles.
She is endlessly grateful to pivot in this stage of her life to learn and grow and heal with everyone open and willing to walk through our doors.
